Scope

These terms describe the use of aliespresso.com. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.

AliEspresso is a free discovery service originally built to make finding discounts easier for the creator, family and friends. It is independent of AliExpress. We are not the seller, manufacturer, payment provider, delivery service or a party to your purchase contract with a merchant.

Listings are information, not a binding offer

A listing summarises information obtained from a third-party source at a particular time. It is not a reservation, guaranteed quotation, recommendation that a product suits your needs, or promise that an order will be accepted. Listings can change or disappear without notice.

Before purchasing, check the seller's current listing and checkout for the exact option, quantity, currency, total payable amount, seller identity, delivery address, shipping conditions, taxes, duties, returns and warranty terms. The merchant's checkout and purchase terms govern the transaction, subject to your statutory rights.

Discounts, ratings and shipping

Displayed discounts compare the current reported price with the supplier's stated original price in the same currency. They do not establish the normal market price, a verified historical price reduction or the lowest available price. Ratings, feedback and order counts reflect supplier data and may be incomplete, delayed or calculated differently by the supplier.

We apply selection thresholds and time-limited checks, but prices, stock and eligibility may change between checks and checkout. Shipping costs and stock are not independently verified by this site. Country detection can be inaccurate. Select the correct destination and confirm all charges before ordering.

Affiliate relationship

We may receive a commission from qualifying purchases through our links. Commission eligibility is one of our listing criteria and therefore affects which products are included. The site is not a complete or neutral ranking of all products or sellers, and a listing is not an independent certification of safety, authenticity or quality.

Purchases and third-party services

Payment, fulfilment, cancellation, returns, refunds, product support and merchant warranties are handled by the relevant seller or platform. Raise purchase disputes through their official processes. We can investigate or remove an inaccurate listing, but cannot administer a third party's order or promise a refund on its behalf.

External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. A link, product image or trademark does not imply an endorsement or corporate affiliation beyond the disclosed affiliate relationship.

Permitted use and security

You may browse the site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt unauthorised access, interfere with the service, bypass access restrictions, submit malicious requests, misuse credentials or use automation that materially disrupts the site. Restrictions do not override uses or rights that applicable law requires us to permit.

We may temporarily restrict access to address security threats, excessive traffic or suspected misuse. Automated protections can make mistakes; contact us if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Administrative access is for authorised users only.

Content and intellectual property

Site branding, original text and software may be protected by intellectual-property law. Product photographs, descriptions and third-party marks belong to their respective rights holders. Access to this site does not transfer ownership or grant a general right to republish third-party materials. Statutory exceptions and permissions from the rights holder remain available.

Service availability and responsibility

We take reasonable steps to maintain the service, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, error-free data or continued availability of any listing. Where law permits, the service is supplied as available without additional promises of fitness for a particular purpose. You should independently verify information material to a purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for a third party's fulfilment or other conduct outside our control, or for indirect business losses arising from use of this free discovery service. This does not excuse our own obligations where the law makes us responsible.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury where such liability cannot lawfully be limited, or any other non-excludable liability. Nothing removes mandatory consumer rights, data-protection rights or access to a competent court or regulator.

Changes and applicable rights

We may change features, selection criteria or these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Changes do not retroactively remove accrued rights or alter a purchase contract made with a third party.

Applicable law determines enforceability and jurisdiction. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or deprive consumers of protections and courts available under mandatory law. If a provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent legally possible.
